⭐ Stars to Know
Every great team needs great players. These are the stars you’re likely to see lighting up Rams highlights.
Matthew Stafford – Quarterback
A 16-year NFL veteran, Stafford is still the leader for the Rams’ offense. He led LA to a Super Bowl title in 2021 and, at 37, still has a rocket arm.
After battling injuries in recent years, he considered retirement but ultimately decided to keep playing. Now healthy, he’s eager to prove he can still play at an elite level.
Puka Nacua – Wide Receiver
Nacua was a fifth-round draft pick who became an overnight star in 2023 when he broke all kinds of rookie records. Known for his sticky hands and smooth routes, Nacua often makes acrobatic catches look easy.
He’s now the clear top target… but he’s teaming up with a new superstar to form one of the best wide receiver duos in the NFL.
Davante Adams – Wide Receiver
Adams is a six-time Pro-Bowler (that’s the NFL’s version of an All-Star) and one of the NFL’s best receivers over the past decade.
After tallying five straight 1,000-yard seasons with the Packers, Raiders, and Jets, he joined the Rams for this season. Fans have big expectations for him!
👀 Stories to Watch
The Rams have talent, but can they put it all together? Here's what we’re watching.
New Look Offense
For years, Cooper Kupp was the Rams’ superstar receiver, even winning Super Bowl MVP. But after recent injury setbacks, the Rams released Kupp this offseason. Now he plays for the rival Seattle Seahawks, meaning the Rams will face their old fan-favorite twice a year.
That’s where Adams comes in. Everyone is watching to see how quickly he and Nacua can click. When they do, they will light up scoreboards and make fans forget the Kupp era (well, almost!).
Rivals Reloaded
The NFC West is shaping up to be a thrilling battleground. The Rams are defending division champs, but their rivals are ready for revenge.
The San Francisco 49ers, despite a down year in 2024, remain a threat. The Seahawks added Kupp and lots of young talent. And the Arizona Cardinals have their own star QB in Kyler Murray, plus had one of the best drafts according to experts.
The division is wild this year, so buckle up!
One Last Ride?
There’s a sense of urgency in Los Angeles.
McVay and Stafford have hinted they won’t be around forever, so 2025 might be one of their final chances for a championship.
They almost beat the Eagles last year. That proved they can hang with the NFL’s best. Can they finish the job this time and deliver another Super Bowl run?
🎥 If you’re more of a “show me” person, this is for you.
Yep, the Rams started the summer with a mini training camp in Maui!

🎁 Did You Know?
The Rams were the first NFL team to have a logo on their helmets. And it was hand-painted by a player!
Back in 1947, Rams running back Fred Gehrke, who studied art in college, painted bold yellow horns on the team’s blue leather helmets. He did all 75 helmets in his garage, getting paid $1 each.
Those iconic helmets were a huge hit! Today, every team wears a helmet logo.
So when you see the Rams’ horned helmets this season, you’re looking at a piece of NFL history that began as one player’s arts-and-crafts project!
Now that you’ve got the stars and stories, let’s play a quick guessing game.
Experts think the Rams will win 10 games this season. Same as last year! But what’s your prediction?

That’s it for today, but don’t go far. We’ll be back tomorrow for team #9… who just happens to share a stadium with the Rams!
